HOA Payments

Payments of Homeowner fees may be made in a number of ways. The HOA Board hopes you will setup a “set and forget” manner to automatically send your payment each quarter (aka AutoPay).

Your “Account Number” is your house number followed by a 2 digit street code. Examples:

  • 1700DR — residents on Vestal Drive
  • 10250MN — residents on Vestal Manor
  • 10100CT — residents on Vestal Court
  • 1700WY — residents on Vestal Way
  • 10000PL — residents on Vestal Place

Note on our Bank Account

In many references you will see references to the HOA Bank Account at BB&T Bank. In January 2020, BB&T Bank and SunTrust Bank merged and formed Truist Bank (http://truist.com). I have updated all references to BB&T to Truist below, but you may still see BB&T on PDFs and other forms. They are the same.

Payment Options:

  • Automatic ACH Withdrawal — this is the most convenient manner to pay as you will never need to remember to write a check or authorize a transfer. If you do setup with this ACH you will never receive a late fee.

As of December 2021, we are now recommending all homeowners enroll with Autopay on the ZEGO WWW site. There is NO COST to setup Autopay on this WWW site using an ACH from a Checking account.

Go To ZEGO. This link is also available under ‘Resident’ above.

Use your email and account number as described above. It is easy and free and you won’t ever get a late fee.

Note that ACH Autopay is free on ZEGO. ACH Onetime payments cost $2.10 and CreditCard/Paypal payments cost 3%.
  • Truist Bank also offers an Autopay ACH Withdrawal plan. Download and complete the Truist Association Pay (ACH) Authorization form, fill it out, attach a voided check and mail via US Mail to the address on the form. The “Association or Community Name” field should be filled in with “Maplewood Isle HOA, Inc.”. The “Unit No.” Field should be filled in with your “Account Number” (see above).

  • Online Bill Pay via Truist WWW site — if you want to make a onetime payment electronically eCheck or CreditCard), go to “https://truist.com/payments. Scroll Down and click the “Pay now or Enroll” button. This will require you to enter information from your payment booklet received at the beginning of each year. Giving ACH info from your checking account is free. eChecks are free and Credit Cards involve a “convenience fee”. Note that these payments can take several days to reflect on the account at Victory Accounting. If you want to make a payment by a deadline it is best to used ‘ZEGO’ as detailed above. Also note that you need your payment coupon book received at the beginning of each year as it contains your account numbers..

  • Online Bill Pay — Use your own financial institutions to push a payment to the HOA. Most banks and credit unions now offer an Online Bill Pay option via their WWW site or mobile app where you can request that they generate and send a check. You can make one time payments or setup recurring payments so that you never miss a payment. To setup Online Bill Pay you will be asked for the “Payee” which should be entered as follows:

    Name: The Maplewood Isle Association
Address: c/o Victory Accounting Services, Inc.
    P.O. Box 243399
    Boynton Beach, FL 33424-3399

    AcctNumber: (see above)

  • Paper Check and Snail Mail — Send your checks to:

    The Maplewood Isle Association
    c/o Victory Accounting Services, Inc.
    P.O Box 243399
    Boynton Beach, Fl 33424-3399

Make sure your “Vestal” address is on the check (memo or address field). Ensure that you mail the check so that it will be received before the 30th day after the due dates (January 1, April 1, July 1, October 1 are the due dates). Payments received after the month in which they are due are automatically assessed a 5% late fee.
